Full description
The VanCurve is the push window made for converted vans. Its curved double acrylic glazing (5000 mm radius) follows the natural rounding of the side wall, where a flat window sits proud and leaves gaps. Dark tint, black aluminium frame, and a blackout blind for full darkness at night. ECE R43 approved, delivered complete with blind, mosquito net and fitting instructions.

Choosing the right size
- The size shown is the cut-out size, written width × height. A 700 × 400 window needs an opening 700 mm wide and 400 mm high.
- The overall exterior size is 3 cm larger on each axis. The interior finishing frame sits proud of the wall and needs no extra room.

What you will need
- One tube of Sikaflex 265 per window
- Wooden battens or a wooden frame, 25 mm thick minimum (recommended on a panel van)
- A jigsaw and a cordless drill/driver
Average installation time: about 1 hour. Plan for two people to hold the window in the cut-out while screwing.

Frequently asked questions
Will it follow the curve of my side wall?
That is exactly what it is made for. The 5000 mm radius follows the natural rounding of a van's side wall, where a flat window sits proud and leaves gaps.
Is it road legal?
Yes — ECE R43. It can be fitted without manufacturer approval and is accepted for conversion approval across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain), in the UK (DVLA, MOT) and in Switzerland (MFK).
How do I pick the right size?
Mark the cut-out dimensions on the panel where you want the window. If nothing obstructs that area — ribs, cables, conduit — you can fit it.

Fitted in about an hour
- CutMark the cut-out on the panel and cut it with a jigsaw.
- BondClean, apply Aktivator-205, then a bead of Sikaflex 265 around the frame.
- ClampScrew the counter-frame from inside, then fit the interior frame. Plan for two people.
