Full description
The PANORAMA SLIM 3 LED is an extra-flat skylight: just 6 cm above the roof, with a durable aluminium frame and double acrylic glazing. It mounts directly on flat or corrugated roofs, has permanent ventilation, and comes with blackout blind, mosquito net and 12/24 V LED lighting built into the interior frame. ECE R43 approved.
Choosing the right size and model
- The size shown is the cut-out size in the roof.
- The 700 × 500 and 960 × 655 sizes replace the most common Dometic skylights with no change to the roof.

When replacing, measure the existing cut-out in the roof, not the visible frame of the old skylight. For a new cut-out, check that no roof crossmember runs through the chosen spot.
Permanent ventilation by size
- 500 × 500: about 140 cm²
- 700 × 500: 166 cm²
- 800 × 500: about 182 cm²
- 960 × 655: about 226 cm²
Opening allowed while driving
- 30°: driving allowed up to 130 km/h
- 55°: driving allowed up to 60 km/h
- 160°: when parked only, after unscrewing the gas struts

Frequently asked questions
Can I replace my existing skylight?
Yes. The four sizes match standard cut-outs: 700 × 500 for the Dometic Midi Heki and Carbest Panorama, 960 × 655 for the Dometic Heki 2 and Heki 3, and 500 × 500 or 800 × 500 for other skylights with the same cut-out. Measure the cut-out in the roof, not the visible frame, then choose the matching size.
Does it fit a corrugated roof?
Yes, it mounts directly on the panel: the ridges are filled with Sika 831E. Direct fitting means fewer joints that could leak over the years.
Is it road legal?
Yes — ECE R43, with the E-mark certificate supplied. It can be fitted without manufacturer approval and is accepted for conversion approval across Europe (e.g. VASP in France, TÜV in Germany, ITV in Spain), in the UK (DVLA, MOT) and in Switzerland (MFK).
