Sprinter, Crafter, Master, Movano or NV400?

Sprinter / Crafter: an L2H2 matches the L3H3 row above.
Master, Movano, NV400: rear-door height is limited to 450 mm.
Ribs vary with model years and conversions: these values are indicative. Measure your panel (step 2) or send us a photo and we will check.

2Measure your panel

Van side panel with the maximum flat width and height marked — Measure the largest **flat** rectangle between the ribs: L max = width, H max = height.

Largest cut-out for your van(L max − 3 cm) × (H max − 3 cm)

Cut-out and outer frame overlapping 1.5 cm on each side — The size in the product title is the **cut-out** (dashed). The frame overlaps it by 1.5 cm on each side and must rest on flat metal.

Curved van side panel?

Van side panels are slightly curved (radius ≈ 5,000 mm). Every flat window still fits: the ~5 mm gap at the ends is filled by the Sikaflex 265 bead that bonds and seals it. For a flush finish, choose the VanCurve.
